Season 2, Episode #6Edit

So here's what you missed on Glee: The New Years!

Addison confessed that she was being physically abused at home to Gunner, in which an event happened and she tried to kill herself, and then she ended up in a coma. Ouch. But the good thing is that she woke up and took a break from school to recover, but while that was happening, Gunner pretty much fell for someone, Carina Maraj, the girl who is influenced by her famous cousin, Nicki Minaj and crushed on Levi Lashane, who actually fell for Dougie Eastwood, who threw a birthday party and things went weird when The McKinley Rebels and his ex-boyfriend, Drew, ruined everything. Back in time, Chuck goes on his single mode after his ex-girlfriend Anna left Ohio and moved to Canada with her sister. Meanwhile, Claira met a new girl named Alex, who is in The Treble Belles, and she doesn't actually know that Alex is attracted to her.

Well, that's what you missed on Glee!

A girl was walking in the hallway with her bookbags and a bandage on her face. She waswalking down all the way, and everyone was looking at her and smiling.

"Welcome back, Addison," some of the students said.

Addison smiled and felt good coming back. It feels good coming back to McKinley, I think I know what I did was wrong for trying to end my life, but now I'm realizing that there's more in my life and I need to keep going through that route.

In the choir room, Mr. Schuester was talking to Chuck about teenage drinking.

"Mr. Schuester, I know,"

"I used to drink as a teenager and believe me, it made me do some crazy things," Mr. Schuester said as he sat down on a brown chair.

"It made him do some crazy things the other night," Daniel said.

"What did he do?"

"You wouldn't really wanna know, Mr. Schuester,"

"Well, I guess changing the subject is best, right," Mr. Schuester got up. "So, guys, it's one week until Sectionals and we have some crazy competition, as you guys all know, the McKinley Rebels are at our necks, and we're still short on members so we may have to use our band members,"

"The McKinley Rebels should disband immediately," Dougie said. "The other night at my birthday, they tried to take over,"

"I don't really think that we can stop them now, it's too late,"

"New Directions isn't complete without Addison," A.J. said.

"Well, you guys don't have to worry anymore," A voice entered the choir room, Addison walked in and smiled.

Everyone got out of their seats and yelled, "Addison!"

They all hugged her.

"We were worried about you, you know!"

"Don't even!" Addison smiled, "I'm doing fine,"

"OMG, you're still alive!" Daniel said. "Don't ever scare me like that again, Addy,"

Gunner tried to hide his facial expressions over Addison and he sat down.

"I missed you guys so much," Addison smiled. "I'm back and ready for action,"

Everyone cheered.

"But wait, where's Cheyenne, Charlie and Lizzy?"

"Oh, they quit New Directions,"

Addison gasped, "They quit, you can't be serious!"

"Yeah, they left and now they're competing against us for Sectionals," Claira said.

Addison was in awe, her mouth stayed open and she sighed and put her hands over her head. "I guess it's all my fault,"

"Aww, Addison, don't blame yourself for this, you had your own problems," Mr. Schuester said, "I guess we'll just have to deal with it all, but with you, I'm sure we can win, Addy,"

Addison smiled, as everyone cheered, she looked at Gunner, as he was looking down and tried to turn away to avoid looking at her.

Cheyenne was in a room with Charlie, Elizabeth, Ruby and 8 more members they included for Sectionals.

They were all at a table and Cheyenne leaded the crew as she slowly banged the table. "OK, Rebels, we have a lot to do today,"

"Where's Coach Sylvester?" Ruby asked.

"She's called out sick today, so I'm taking charge,"

"May I ask why you have to take charge of everything?" Ruby said, she rolled her eyes and shook her head.

"Because I'm Cheyenne McLarson, what do you think?" Cheyenne said. "Anyways, there is only one week until Sectionals, we have to practice and practice until we pass out,"

"Yes, we must work hard this time, our plan for Dougie's bithday party did not work well,"

"I think that we should show New Directions what the Rebels do in their free time," Cheyenne said.

"What's that?" Ruby said.

"We prank, we laugh, we hit, we punch, we'll do anything to win,"

"Don't you think that's a bit immature, it makes us look like bullies and I'm not a bully,"

"Either go with the flow or you can leave," Cheyenne said.

Ruby got up, "Excuse me?" Her facial expression proved how serious she was. "You're not the boss of me, McLarson,"

"I like your fiesty attitude," Cheyenne said. "Now sit down,"

"No!" Ruby said.

"Fine, then stand up!"

Ruby sat down and stuck her tongue out at Cheyenne.

"Now, let's focus, guys," Elizabeth said. "So, Cheyenne, what are we gonna do?" "We're gonna take these crazies down like shades on a window," Cheyenne gave a evil smirk.

Carina was walking with Gunner in the hallway.

"I'm not sure how I feel about Addison come back, I just can't really look at her, knowing how she broke my heart," Gunner said.

"But you do feel bad for her, don't you?" Carina said.

"I do feel bad for her, I still care for her and her health but I just don't know if I can just let her in my life when it comes to love, she dumped me, so I don't think it's possible,"

"I've never fallen in love before." Carina said. "I've been focused on myself, but to be honest, ever since I met you, I feel like I'm at that point,"

Carina and Gunner stood in the center of the hallway, Gunner tried to make a move on Carina until Addison interrupted them.

"Hello, friends!" Addison yelled. "How about we go for a walk?"

Addison pulled Gunner and Carina with them, until Carina pushed back, and Gunner mouthed, "Are you coming?"

Carina shook her head, "No, you guys can go on," She looked down.

As Addison kept a hold on Gunner, he asked, "What are you doing?"

"I'm pulling you away from her," Addison said.

"And your point to do so?"

"Look, Gunner, I know that breaking up with you was wrong, OK? You didn't understand what was going on my mind at that time,"

"Addison, I can't be with a girl who keeps things from me and tries to take her life away constantly when she's being stressed out,"

"But I don't have to do that anymore, my stepdad was the cause of my problems," Addison said. "He's gone now,"

"Just because your problems are solved doesn't mean OUR problems will ever be," Gunner shook his head, "Let me go,"

"Gunner, wait!" Gunner walked away from her.

At Carina's position, she walked away by herself. She leaned against a locker, and she started to sing.

"You make my heart hurt, you my love burn. You make the cuts down, you make my world turn, but words mean nothing, cause I'll abuse them oh, oh, oh, and you're touching the surface when I need an infusion, oh, oh, oh."

Carina walked more and she saw every person, and she looked paranoid, thinking that every person was Gunner as she passed by.

"Straight through your skin, pass your soul to your bones closer, further, deeper, further inside you, than you've ever known, desperately trying to feel ya, uh, uh, uh, I need your bones. Uh, uh, uh, gimmie, gimmie, gimmie your bones,"

"I wanna own you, I wanna consume you, get all molecular and pass myself through you!, Hey, baby, cause nothing's enough, and I'm slowly dying, oh, oh, oh, so please, save me now, you gotta keep trying, oh, you gotta keep trying,"

Carina was on a stage, singing with a black dress on, and her hair down, not as spunky and long as it usually is, Claira and Lily are in the background singing with her.

"Straight through your skin, pass your soul to your bones closer, further, deeper, further inside you, than you've ever known, desperately trying to feel ya, uh, uh, uh, I need your bones. Uh, uh, uh, gimmie, gimmie, gimmie your bones,"

"I pass your liver and your kidneys and your lungs, closer, deeper, cause I wanna get lost deep, mixed up in you, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,"

"Straight through your skin, pass your soul to your bones closer, further, deeper, further inside you, than you've ever known, desperately trying to feel ya, uh, uh, uh, I need your bones. Uh, uh, uh, gimmie, gimmie, gimmie your bones,"

Carina took fast breaths and sighed after she finished.

"I just can't believe this," Dougie said. "I think he's stalking me, seriously,"

"He didn't even audition yet, and he already got in," Levi said as they were sitting across from each other in the cafeteria.

"I'm gonna try my best to avoid him, he's just trying to get a piece of me, and I'm trying to prevent it," Dougie said.

Drew suddenly walked into their conversation, "Avoid who?"

Dougie rolled his eyes, and Levi looked away. "This is a private conversation, Drew, do you mind?"

"Oh, do I mind? Oh, of course, I mind,"

"Could you go away, please, Drew," Dougie said, aggravated.

"You don't have to be so feisty, feisty Dougie," Drew winked.

Dougie shook his head after he walked away, "See what I mean?"

"Whatever happens, Doug, stick with me,"

"Thanks bud, I knew I could count on you,"

"Why are we in here?" Cheyenne said, as she was in the choir room with The Rebels and New Directions.

Sue stood next to Mr. Schuester as they announced what was going to happen.

"Rebels, you guys have been acting completely immature lately, and it has to stop," Mr. Schuester said.

"So?" Cheyenne said.

"So, it's that, or I will cause you guys to be disqualified,"

Cheyenne scoffed, "Yeah, right,"

"Guys, this is serious, we both are competing against each other for Sectionals, and we're hardly ready yet, you guys want competition? Fine. You'll get it,"

"What will we have to do?" Elizabeth asked.

Mr. Schuester and Sue nodded, "Me and Coach Sylvester decided to do what I call a "Rock vs. R&B competition,"

"Awesome!" Daniel said.

"What is the meaning for this?"

"Well, one group will do a Rock number, and one will do a R&B number,"

"We're all R&B, Mr. Schue, you guys can have Rock,"

"No fair, I wanted R&B," Carina said.

"Well, joining our club will allow you to have it,"

"Cheyenne, cut it out," Mr. Schuester shook his head.

"So, what do we actually get out of this?"

"You guys are so tough, we'll see who's the toughest, me and Sue will judge both of your numbers and whoever does the best wins the competition,"

"Oh, we got this, Rebels," Charlie said.

The members in New Directions were silent, trying not to start any tension.

"Well, you guys have until tomorrow to figure out your number for the group. New Directions, we're rock, Rebels, you're R&B,"

"Aerosmith?" Daniel said.

"No,"

"Ozzy Osbourne?"

"No, we'd definitely lose,"

"Chuck, you're the rock dude, how about giving us an example," A.J. said.

"Oh, sure, I know just the song!"

"Whatever you do, please don't strip this time," Daniel said.

Chuck rolled his eyes, "Fine,"

The band members began to play the tune to "You Shook Me All Night Long,"

"She was a fast machine, she kept her motor clean, she was the best damn woman that I ever seen, she had the sightless eyes, tellin' me no lies, knockin' me out with those American thighs, takin' more than her share, had me fighting for air, she told me to come but I was already there, 'cause the walls start shaking, the earth was quakin', my mind was achin', and we were makin' it and you -" The girls in New Directions, Claira, Lily and Addison were singing with him as they watched, the boys were dancing along,

"Shook me all night long, yeah you shook me all night long,"

"Workin' double time on the seduction line, she was one of a kind, she's just mine all mine, wanted no applause, just another course, made a meal out of me, and come back for more,"

"Had to cool me down, to take another round, now I'm back in the ring to take another swing, cause the walls were shaking, the earth was quakin', my mind was achin' and we were makin' it and you -"

"Shook me all night long, yeah you shook me all night long, knocked me out and then you shook me all night long, then you were shakin' and you shook me all night loooong, yeah you shook me, well, you took me,"

One of the band members aggressively played his electric guitar and Chuck repeatedly shook his head like an actual rock star would.

The girls and boys got up dancing, and Mr. Schuester went into the choir room watching the performance, smiling.

"You really took me and you shook me all night long, oaaaaaahhhhhh you shook me all night long, , yeah yeah you shook me all... night... long, ya really took me and you shook me all night long, yeah you shook me, yeah you shook me all night loooong!,"

Everyone clapped and cheered for Chuck, and Mr. Schuester smiled, "Wow, New Directions is back! We're so gonna win this competition,"

"Ditto," Daniel said. "Chuck should be a rock star in real life, a voice like that could seriously give you all of the girls,"

Chuck smiled, but then frowned.

"What's wrong, Chuck?"

"I'm just thinking about someone,"

"Anna, isn't it?" Daniel said.

"Yeah, I really miss you,"

"You know, you could try to give her a call, she gave me her number just in case, matter of fact, here.." Daniel gave him the number.

"Thanks, Danny," Chuck said, he looked at the number.

Claira was leaving out of the school and after walking a couple of blocks, she spotted Alex walking near her.

"Alex, hey!" Claira smiled.

"Were you following me?" Alex giggled.

"Whereever you were going, maybe I was," Claira said.

"Um, so, I was wondering, maybe we can hang out at Breadstix, just you and I as friends, right?" Alex said.

Claira nodded, "Sure, I'd love that, what time would you prefer?"

"8:00 tonight?"

"Sure, I guess, I'll see you there,"

"Awesome, um, well, I have to go," Alex quickly walked away. Claira was suspicious due to her actions but she shrugged and smiled and walked away.

"Well, guys, I think that we should work on brainstorming songs for the competition, I'm pretty sure the Rebels are already confirming their song," Mr. Schuester said.

"I guess,"

The choir room switches to The Rebels' choir room. Cheyenne's crying with her head down on the table.

"Cheyenne, calm down, it's OK, we can do this,"

"We're gonna lose, OK? They are going to beat us at this competition and at Sectionals, why do they have to be so better than us?"

"Karma's a bitch," Ruby said.

"Who asked you?" Cheyenne slowly lifted her head up in anger. Ruby rolled her eyes and walked away, "I'm just keeping it real,"

Cheyenne put her head down slowly and whispered, "Bitch,".

The room switched back to the Choir Room. "We can do this guys," Chuck said.

"Chuck should seriously be our lead for the competition," Lily said.

"I agree," Daniel said.

"I agree, too," A.J. said.

"He knows much about rock than we do," Daniel said.

Chuck laughed, "Well, um, I get that all of the time,"

Everyone laughed.

"Well, Chuck, the others love you, it's your choice of a song!"

Gunner was sent to the auditorium. "Addison, what's going on here?"

"Just sit down here in the front,"

"What's going on, Addison? I have things to do for next period,"

"I just really want you to hear my side, please,"

"Um, OK," Gunner sighed as he sat down in the front of the auditorium, "What's going on?"

"I wanted to dedicate something to you,"

"How long will this take, Addy, I have to leave in a couple of minutes for my next class,"

"Don't worry, just listen,"

Addison stood in the center of the stage, she sighed and took a deep breath, and music began to play, the drums and everything were loud and fast, and Gunner was wondering what was she doing.

"You say the sweetest things and I can't keep my heart from singing along to the sound of your song, my stupid feet keep moving, to this 4/4 beat, I'm in time with you, whoa, to this 4/4 beat I would die for you, die for you,"

"Someone stop this, I've gone to far to come back from here, but you don't have a clue, you don't know what you do to me."

"Won't someone stop this song, so I won't sing along, someone stop this song, so I won't sing.."

"Your lovesick melody is gonna get the best of me tonight, but you won't get to me if I don't sing, it creeps in like a spider, can't be killed, although I try and try to, well, don't you see I'm falling?,Don't wanna love you, but I do,"

Gunner sighed, he stood up, and yelled, "Stop, stop, stop,"

"What was that for?" Addison said. She walked away from the microphone and went down to Gunner from the stage.

"I'm sorry, I just.. I just can't do this anymore," Gunner said.

Addison looked away, it took 30 seconds to get rid of the silence, "So, so, that's it, the end between you and me?"

"You do remember that you broke up with me right before you tried to kill yourself, I love you, Addy, but I've fallen in love with someone else,"

"It's Carina isn't it," Addison said.

"Hate to say it in front of you, but yes, I don't want to break your heart like this," Gunner pushed Addison to her and tried to kiss her on her forehead, but Addison moved away.

"I really hope that we can remain fr--" Gunner tried to continue his sentence, but Addison pushed him away and walked out of the auditorium and ran in the empty and clean hallway and leaned on the wall and silently sobbed.

In the nighttime around 8:00 on a 59 degree weather scale, Claira was in Breadstix waiting for Alex, she checked her watch and was curious of what was taking her so long, she spotted brown hair move at the door, as she saw Alex and she smiled and walked to her near the door, but she suddenly stopped, as she saw Alex kissing someone, not just someone, that someone is a girl.

Claira couldn't really believe her eyes, but she slapped the expression from her face and tried to hold her true feelings inside for the best.

Alex quickly walked away from the girl and went to Claira.

"Hey, Claira," Alex smiled.

Claira slowly waved and approached Alex strange.

"Are you OK?" Alex said.

"Um, um, yeah, sure, I'm fine," Claira said.

"Come on, let's go find a table," Alex walked away and tried to find a table, while Claira's expressions and emotions came out behind her back.

They both sat down at the table, they both sat across from each other and Claira felt weird towards her, but at the same time was pretty much surpirised.

"Claira, are you sure you are OK?" Alex said.

"Yeah, I guess so,"

"You know if there's something on your mind, just spit it out to me,"

"Um, I think I have something to say," Claira said. "Who was that person you were kissing?"

"Oh, that girl, she's my ex,"

"Mhm, she didn't look like your ex to me,"

Alex chuckled, it's no biggie to me, I usually kiss my friends and lovers all of the time if they feel comfortable with it, other than that, yeah, she's my ex," "Are you guys friends,"

"Yeah, she's my friend," Alex said, "She suddenly couldn't really deal with being in a relationship yet,"

"So, are you um --" Claira tried to ask but Alex was interrupted.

"Yes, Claira, I like girls," Alex said.

"Hmm, I don't have a problem with it,"

"So, you're not homophobic, are you?"

"Me, no way," Claira said. "I have no homophobic bone in my body,"

"It's just the way you questioned me about me kissing my ex --"

"No, it's not that at all,"

"You're not --" Alex said. "You know,"

"I've never really experienced sexuality before, I don't really know who I am, actually," Claira said.

"Have you ever thought about being with a girl before?"

"I have, but I've been mostly into guys at times,"

"I understand," Alex said.

The waitress walked to the girls, "Hello, welcome to Breadstix, here is your menu, and I will be right with you shortly,"

Shannon walked into Breadstix.

"Damn, Shannon's here," Alex said.

"What's wrong with Shannon? I like her," Claira smiled.

"Nothing, I just wanted our time,"

"Oh, it's cool, Alex, it's no problem, I don't mind,"

"Hey Alex, hey Claira, how are you?"

"I'm doing fine," Claira said.

"Am I interrupting something here?" Shannon said.

Claira looked back at Alex, "Uhm,"

"Yes!" Alex said.

"No," Claira said.

"Claira," Alex gave her the puppyface expression.

"What? I like Shannon,"

"Oh, I see, you guys are on a date, aren't you?" Shannon said.

"Date?" Claira said. "No, no, we're not on a date, are we Alex?"

Alex shook her head, "No,".

Claira turned her head back to Shannon, and Alex shook her head and whispered, "Yes," to Shannon.

"Oh, oh, oh, I see how you are, Alex," Shannon said. "Dates first, best friends last,"

"Shannon, we're not dating,"

"Alex just nodded that you guys are," Shannon said.

Alex waved, "No, don't," she whispered.

"She didn't say that, she nodded, no"

"Actually, uh, I'm wrong, I'm sorry, I've had too much sugar,"

"Shannon, how about you sit over here and find you a MUFFIN?" Alex emphasized.

"Ooh, ooh, muffins! Yay!" Shannon said cheerfully.

Claira looked at Alex and laughed, and Alex rolled her eyes and shook her head. Later on, they all left Breadstix. "You know, I had fun tonight," Claira said. Alex smiled, "I'm glad you did,"

"Maybe we could do this again sometimes,"

Claira smiled, "I'd like that,"

"See you around," Alex walked away and waved, but yelled, "Shannon, hurry up with them damn muffins, slowpoke!"

Shannon was out of breath, she had a bunch of muffins in her hands, and she yelled, "I'm coming!"

As Shannon walked past Claira, she dropped a muffin, she gasped and made a crying expression, and sounded like a baby as she said, "My muffin!"

"Hurry up, Shannon, I'm trying to go HOME!"

"But I dropped my muffins!"

"I don't care, we have to go!"

Claira laughed as they walked away.

Chuck was laying down in his bedroom daydreaming and looking up at his ceiling. He remembered what Daniel had told him about Anna, he looked at the picture on the side of his bed with himself and Anna together. He remembered he had Anna's phone number in his left pocket, he slowly pulled it out and got his cellphone from the side of the bed, and he called the number.

All the way in Canada, the phone rang at Anna's new house. A girl went to get the phone and she answered. "Hello?"

"Hello, may I speak to Anna Clarkson?"

"Who's asking,"

"My name is Chuck,"

"Um, OK," The girl said, and she yelled out, "Anna! Someone's on the phone for you,"

Anna quickly ran downstairs and took the phone. "Hello?"

"I thought I would never be able to talk to you again,"

"Chuck?" Anna's eyes widened. "H-h-how are you?"

"I'm doing fine, I guess," Chuck said.

"Wait, how did you get my phone number?"

"Daniel gave it to me this afternoon in Ohio. How's Canada,"

"Um, well, it's good, I get to meet new people, make new friends, yeah, it's good so far," Anna said. "How's McKinley without me?"

"Not so good, 3 quit and made their own club for Sectionals, we're out of luck," "I'm sorry, it's all my fault, isn't it,"

"Not really, they were stressed out over Addison, she almost killed herself," Anna gasped, "Why would she do that,"

"She's been going through some things, a long story,"

"So, how's you and Dougie?"

"There isn't me and Dougie,"

"You guys broke up?"

"We never were, I've been lonely all of this time,"

Anna looked away and sighed, "I'll be honest, I really miss you,"

Chuck smiled slowly, "I miss you too,"

"I really didn't want to leave Ohio, but I had to, to get rid of all the stress that's been going on in my life, I wanted to start fresh again, you know,"

"I understand, I've been thinking about you a lot,"

"I have been thinking about you a lot too, that's all I ever do, honestly,"

Chuck sighed, "I shouldn't have ended it, Anna, I was just so stupid, I was confused, and nervous, and frustrated, I didn't know what to do when it came to you and Dougie,"

"I forgive you, but I'll admit that I did went overboard on the situation,"

"Yeah," Chuck said.

"Well, um, it's late here, I must go, it was nice talking to you,"

"Bye," Chuck said.

"Bye," Anna said, she hung up and sighed.

Chuck sighed and laid back down, "There's only so many songs that I can sing to pass the time and I'm running out of things to do to get you off my mind (oh whoa), all I have is this picture in a frame (oh ah), that I hold close to see your face everyday."

At Anna's dorm, she looked at a picture she kept of her and Chuck in her bedroom, and she held it close to her.

"With you is where I'd rather be, but we're stuck where we are, it's so hard, you're so far.. this long distance is killing me." Chuck and Anna both sang. "I wish that you are here with me, but we're stuck where we are, it's so hard, you're so far.. this long distance is killing me. "

"It's so hard, it's so hard, where we are, where we are, you're so far, this long distance is killing me. It's so hard, it's so hard, where we are, where we are, you're so far, so hard, so hard, where we are, where we are, your so far, this long distance is killing me. "

Anna sang, "Now the minutes feel like hours and the hours feel like days, while I'm away. You know right now I can't be home, but I'm coming home soon, coming home soon. All I have is this picture in a frame that I hold close to see your face everyday."

"With you is where I'd rather be, but we're stuck where we are, it's so hard, you're so far.. this long distance is killing me." Chuck and Anna both sang. "I wish that you are here with me, but we're stuck where we are, it's so hard, you're so far.."

"Can you hear me crying? Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh. Can you hear me crying? Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh." Chuck sang.

"Can you hear me crying? Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh," Anna sang.

"With you is where I'd rather be, but we're stuck where we are, it's so hard, you're so far.. this long distance is killing me, I wish that you are here with me, but we're stuck where we are, it's so hard, you're so far.."

"It's so hard, it's so hard, where we are, where we are, you're so far, this long distance is killing me. It's so hard, it's so hard, where we are, where we are, you're so far, so hard, so hard, where we are, where we are, your so far, this long distance is killing me. "

Chuck ended the song with, "There's only so many songs that I can sing to pass the time,"

In the auditorium, on one side, New Directions approached and at the other, The Rebels approached.

Will and Sue smiled at each other as they were off the stage watching.

In the middle, Chuck and Cheyenne were in the middle looking at each other face to face.

"Well, may the best group win," Chuck smiled.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever," Cheyenne said.

"Gosh, why do you have to be so fiesty?"

"Because I'm Cheyenne McLarson,"

"OK, let's see who goes first!"

"Heads," Cheyenne said.

"Tails," Chuck said.

Mr. Schuester flipped the coin and it landed on Heads. "Well, The Rebels are going first,"

Cheyenne gave him a sassy look, "The best goes first,"

The Rebels were wearing black dresses and the boys were wearing black suits.

As the beat began, the girls were dancing. "Yeah, yeah, yeah,"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah,"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah,"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah,"

"I love you," Cheyenne said as she went into the spotlight, "But I gotta stay true,"

"My morals got me on my knees, I'm beggin' please, stop playin' games,"

New Directions were in the audience. Chuck turned around, "Don't worry guys, we can do this, I got the best song,"

"I don't know what this is, cause you got me good, just like you knew you would. I don't know what you do, but you do it well, I'm under your spell."

"You got me begging you for mercy," Cheyenne sang.

"Nowhere to run to, baby," Elizabeth sang.

"Why won't you release me," Cheyenne sang.

"Nowhere to hide," Elizabeth sang.

"You got me begging you for mercy," Cheyenne sang.

"Got nowhere to run to baby,"

"Why won't you release me," Cheyenne sang.

"Nowhere to hide," Elizabeth sang.

"I said release me," Cheyenne sang.

"Wow, they're good," Daniel said.

Charlie came in the front center and sang, "It's not love, I'm running from, it's the heartaches, that I know will come, cause I know, you're no good for me, but you`ve become a part of me,"

"Everywhere I go, your face I see, every step I take, you take with me, yeah,"

"You got me begging you for mercy," Cheyenne sang.

"Nowhere to run to, baby," Elizabeth sang.

"Why won't you release me," Cheyenne sang.

"Nowhere to hide," Elizabeth sang.

"You got me begging you for mercy," Cheyenne sang.

"Got nowhere to run to baby,"

"Why won't you release me," Cheyenne sang.

"Nowhere to hide," Elizabeth sang.

"I said release me," Cheyenne sang.

"I know you're no good for me, but you've become a part of me, how can I fight a lover, that's sugar sweet, when it's so deep, so deep, deep inside of me," Ruby sang. "My love reaches so high, I can't get over it, it's so wide, I can't get around it, no,"

"You got me beggin, you got me beggin', you got me beggin',"

Cheyenne belted out after the 2 second instrument pause, and the song continued.

"You got me beggin' you for Mercy, yeah," Cheyenne sang.

"I know you're no good for me, but free of you I'll never be,"

The music ended and the group ended in acapella with a violin in the background, and the group clapped to the song.

The violin stopped and Cheyenne sang by herself.

"Why won't you release me," Cheyenne sang.

The violin started to play and gave the song a finishing touch, and the stage went pitch dark. New Directions clapped, except for Chuck, who sighed and said, "We have to win this competition,"

Sue and Will looked at each other.

"We're gonna suck," Lily said.

"Wrong, with Chuck by our side, we have nothing to worry about," Daniel said as they were all in the choir room preparing for their performance.

"Guys, let's all just calm down, I know we can win over the Rebels, and yeah, they were good, I must admit, but they aren't GOOD enough to beat us,"

Everyone cheered. "1, 2, 3, New Directions!"

Everyone was on the stage in New Directions, and Chuck was at the center of the stage.

"I hope they fail this really bad," Cheyenne whispered.

"I'm through with standing in line to clubs we'll never get in, it's like the bottom of the ninth and I'm never gonna win, this life hasn't turned out quite the way I want it to be," Chuck sang.

"Tell me what you want," Gunner sang.

"I want a brand new house on an episode of Cribs and a bathroom I can play baseball in and a king size tub big enough for ten plus me,"

"So what you need," Gunner said.

"I'll need a credit card that's got no limit and a big black jet with a bedroom in it, gonna join the mile high club at thirty-seven thousand feet,"

"Been there, done that,"

"I want a new tour bus full of old guitars, my own star on Hollywood Boulevard, somewhere between Cher and James Dean is fine for me,"

"So how you gonna do it?"

"I'm gonna trade this life for fortune and fame, I'd even cut my hair and change my name,"

"Cause we all just wanna be big rockstars and live in hilltop houses driving fifteen cars, the girls come easy and the drugs come cheap, we'll all stay skinny 'cause we just won't eat and we'll hang out in the coolest bars, in the VIP with the movie stars, every good gold digger's gonna wind up there, every Playboy bunny with her bleach blond hair," Chuck sang.

New Directions all came out in the spotlight with rock star-styled clothes on, "Hey hey I wanna be a rockstar,"

"Oh my god, Addison's back?" Elizabeth said.

"She is?" Cheyenne quickly spotted.

"Hey hey I wanna be a rockstar," Chuck sang.

"I'm gonna sing those songs, that offend the censors," Daniel sang.

"Gonna pop my pills from a pez dispenser," Gunner sang.

"I'll get washed-up singers writing all my songs, lip sync 'em every night so I don't get 'em wrong," Chuck and the boys sang.

Lily and Carina sang with Chuck, "'Cause we all just wanna be big rockstars and live in hilltop houses driving fifteen cars, the girls come easy and the drugs come cheap, we'll all stay skinny 'cause we just won't eat,"

"And we'll hang out in the coolest bars, in the VIP with the movie stars, every good gold digger's gonna wind up there, every Playboy bunny with her bleach blond hair," Chuck and the boys sang.

"And we'll hide out in the private rooms with the latest dictionary and today's who's who, they'll get you anything with that evil smile, everybody's got a party pooper on speed dial,"

New Directions sang, "Hey hey I wanna be a rockstar,"

"Hey hey I wanna be a rockstar," Chuck ended the song.

The members in the Rebels except for Cheyenne applaused for New Directions, she looked away and rolled her eyes.

Chuck came in the middle, "You know, we've decided, we don't wanna win this, we stand our own ground, we take our own side, we're supportive, so, congratulations, you guys all won, we'll see you guys at Sectionals,"

Everyone cheered and ran out from the stage.

Cheyenne was completely angry.

"Cheyenne, calm d--" Charlie tried to tell her, but Cheyenne yelled out, "Shut, shut!"

"Sorry," Charlie said.

"Well, that was a waste of time," Sue said.

"Ladies, gents, we have a lot of work to do, if we want to tear those little problem children out of this town, we're gonna have to do it on our own, with our bare hands,"

Cheyenne smiled. "Bare hands, huh?" She gave an evil smirk.

Carina and Gunner were in the hallway.

"Carina, you've been sad lately, what's going on?" Gunner touched her face.

"I'm just, I'm just frustrated. I've fallen for you, and I just don't know what to do, Addison's back, she's taking me away from you, I'm just completely confused, I hardly can sleep or eat like I used to, I'm just suddenly --"

Gunner aggressively grabbed Carina's T-shirt and pressed his lips to hers. As they kissed, Addison walked then stopped and saw them together, Addison looked and her eyes watered with tears. She walked away, shaking her head.

Gunner and Carina let go of each other.

"What was that for,"

"To prove my love for you,"

"Wait, you're--"

"Yes, I've fallen for you, too, and it may be weird but, yeah,"

"But what about Addison?"

Gunner sighed. "I care about Addison, I still do, but I'm just not in love with her like I was before, clearly, we're just apart,"

"I think that maybe taking it slow would be great, I don't want to have sudden second thoughts later on about you," Carina smiled.

"I'd like that," Gunner and Carina gazed in each other's eyes.

"Come on, let's get out of here," Gunner and Carina walked with each other and held hands, and smiled at each other.

Levi quickly got things from his locker, until Drew suddenly came to him.

"Listen, dude, I'll ask you nicely this time, but the next time, I won't. Stay away from Dougie," Drew said.

"Wait, excuse me?" Levi said, and chuckled.

"Yeah, stay away from him, he's mine, and he always WILL be mine,"

"Well, from what I know, he WAS yours, and clearly, you're only in New Directions just to stalk the hell out of him, you don't tell me what to do, I can talk to Dougie anytime I want,"

"Not when I'm around. I'll say it once but I WON'T say it twice, stay.. away.. from.. Dougie.." Drew went closer to him. "Capisce,"

"Si," Levi said sarcastically.

"Have a good day, bud," Drew said, he walked away from him.

Levi scoffed, "I'll beat the capisce out of him if he talks to me that way," Levi got his things and walked.

"What?" Drew overheard.

"Nothing!" Levi said.

"That's what I thought,"

Levi shook his head. "Oh, I'm gonna be near Dougie, whether you like it or not,"
